RAM Energy is a Macquarie-backed independent oil and natural gas producer engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of both conventional and non-conventional oil and gas assets in the Giddings Austin Chalk Field in Fayette County, Texas. As part of this effort, RAM contracted Lone Cypress to manage the development of a 65 gpm amine treating facility to process natural gas production prior to entering a DCP midstream transmission line. Under the MSA, Lone Cypress was responsible for project management and EPCM services for the amine treating facility and all balance of plant infrastructure (i.e., compression, pipeline interconnects, dehydration).
